Shimano FX Reel

The Shimano FX FC is an affordable, dependable fixed-spool reel designed for anglers who want Shimano build quality without the higher price tag. Shimano positions the FX as its entry-level spinning reel, combining a strong XT-7 body, aluminium AR-C spool and proven Shimano gearing.

With 2 ball bearings plus a roller bearing, the FX provides smooth operation for a wide range of fishing styles. The smaller sizes are well suited to light lure and float fishing, while the C3000 and 4000 offer increased line capacity and drag power for heavier coarse, feeder and predator applications.
